This method is proposed by Dow Chemical Company to remove H2S. NCA solid contains 80% NaOH and 20% Ca (OH) 2 (both refer to mass percentage). This method can also remove high content and low molecular weight mercaptans in the gas while removing H2S. The NCA solid process is non regenerative, so its chemical consumption is quite high compared with the H2S removed. The solid after reaction is washed out periodically with water from the bottom of the tower.

氧化鋅法是用于氣體細(xì)化脫硫的方法之一，由于在天然氣脫硫設(shè)備中使用氧化鋅脫硫劑后一般不再利用即廢棄，因此此法只適于脫除少量硫，脫硫劑的用量應(yīng)保障量使用一年以上。當(dāng)原料氣中含硫量高時，應(yīng)與濕法脫硫或其它干法脫硫配合使用。
